    The BeWell(and Ms. D) helped me untangle some deep rooted issues that have led to burnout. It also made me realise what my triggers are at work and how to cope with it.     Honestly, going into this series of sessions, I was a bit skeptical because I’ve had sleep issues for as long as I can remember – I have been diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea and have been using a BiPAP machine for close to 10 years now, relying on medication, over the counter magnesium supplements... I, however, have known Dinah for years now... I put full trust in her as we embarked on the “healing journey”. Believe it or not, after my first couple of sessions, I achieved 8 full hours of uninterrupted sleep and I was truly surprised that I didn’t wake up at 3 or 4 am like usual. The 10 healing sessions truly brought changes to my life and I cannot thank Dinah enough for it.
