How did you get into energy healing?
My journey into energy healing began after decades of leading in the fast-paced tech world. At 52, while managing my own IT company, I discovered yoga and mindfulness. What started as a way to relieve stress quickly became a deeper exploration of how the mind and body are connected.
Over time, I trained in yoga, mindfulness, leadership mentoring, eventually becoming certified as an Energy Management Specialist for Burnout and Sleep Issues. I experienced first-hand how aligning and managing energy can transform health, sleep, and resilience—not just for me, but for the leaders and entrepreneurs I now work with.
Today, I bring together my business and leadership experience, life-force nutrition and energy-healing practices to help ambitious people recharge, rebalance, and thrive.
What exactly does a Sleep & Burnout Specialist do?
I help leaders and entrepreneurs understand the root causes of stress, fatigue, and poor sleep—and guide them towards natural, proven solutions that help to increase energy frequency and make them beat stress and fatigue.
Who do you typically work with?
I work with ambitious leaders, entrepreneurs, and executives who feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in a cycle of stress and sleeplessness.
Are you a medical professional or affiliated with the health field?

I combine 30+ years of experience as a founder, exited tech CEO, and wellness entrepreneur. My methods are practical, holistic, and customized—bridging leadership strategy with evidence-based wellness practices.
Can I really have better sleep without medication?
Yes. I focus on natural, sustainable solutions—from behavioural changes and mindset shifts to lifestyle adjustments—that improve sleep quality without dependency on medication.
Do I have to be completely burned out to work with you?
Not at all. Many clients come to me because they want to prevent burnout, improve resilience, or optimise performance while still maintaining balance.

How long does it take to see results?

Do you only work with individuals, or do you also work with teams and organizations?
Both. I support individual leaders through mentoring and also run workshops, keynotes, and corporate programs for teams and organizations regardless of size. I do in-person as well as online sessions.
