Delivery Method: All digital products are delivered electronically. No physical items will be shipped for these purchases.

Technical Requirements: Please ensure your device has the necessary software to open and use the files provided. We are not responsible if your device does not support the file format.

Processing Time: Orders for physical products are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
International Orders: International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees determined by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Risk of Loss: Once your order has been handed to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to you.

The digital products will be delivered electronically as outlined above.
The physical products will be shipped separately according to our physical shipping timelines.
