Return & Refund Policy for Digital Products

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully, as digital products are treated differently from physical goods.

Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the nature of digital content, once a product has been downloaded or accessed, it is generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated for specific campaigns or promotions. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we are committed to resolving them fairly.

You may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if:

  • You experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or using the product, and we are unable to resolve the problem.

  • You accidentally purchased the same item more than once.

Damaged Files or Access Issues

If you experience problems such as corrupted files, broken links, or difficulties downloading your purchase, please notify us immediately. We will provide a working version of the product or, if that is not possible, issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot offer refunds for:

  • Completed or successfully accessed digital downloads.

  • Custom-made or personalised digital products.

  • Gift cards or promotional items.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your digital purchase within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not started downloading or streaming the content. By downloading or accessing the product, you waive this right.

Refund Process

Once your refund request has been reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
